Empro started as a Part of EMP group and by focusing on strengths, key customers, Exponential Growth of the company and the underlying future vision of EMP PVC Team, EMP group board of directors decided to spin EMP PVC as a new business venture to focus more on end consumer requirements and to be the no 1 in PVC and uPVC manufacturing space in the south Asian region. Same time Empro introduce more and more hardware related products catering industrial and domestic customers. Now our product portfolio consists of product such as industrial coatings, Anticorrosive paints, Detergents, Adhesives & Bonding agents, Lighting equipment’s, Painting tools making us one of the biggest supplier in Hardware industry.

The word “Empro” gives the meaning “Leader” in the ancient Greek language. By strengthening the meaning of its name; Empro Technologies with its renewed vision and strategic focus will lead the PVC manufacturing industry space and same time increase it product portfolio by adding new synergetic product lines by surpassing all others. Similarly, in coming years we will move from the realm of PVC and uPVC manufacture to be one of the Largest, Diversified house hold product name in Sri Lanka through large scale business acquisition and introducing new technology products to the Sri Lankan Market.

Chandranandana Diyunuge The Dream Setter

Mr. Chandranandana Diyunuge is a well honored Entrepreneur in Sri Lanka. He has over 25 years’ experience as an Industrialist & Engineer. He was the former Chairman of Templeburg Industrial Association which covers over 40 manufacturing plants at Panagoda Industrial Estate and was former acting Chairman of State Engineering Corporation (SEC).

Currently Mr. Chandranandana Diyunuge holds Chairmanship of several diversified Industries such as Electrical, Manufacturing, Apparel, Construction, Plantation, Personal & Home Care and recently he was awarded as a "National Entrepreneur" of 2016 (Gold Category) by Federation of Chambers of Commerce And Industry Of Sri Lanka.

Mr. Diyunuge has graduated as B.Sc. Electrical Engineer (Hons.) from University of Moratuwa.


Mahesh Dep The Catalyst

Mr. Mahesh Dep is an expert in Mechanical & Chemical Engineering Productions field who poses over 25 years of experience in managing of large scale manufacturing plants in Sri Lanka. Mr. Mahesh Dep Specializes in Production Planning, Installation, Construction & Labor management. He has lot of experience in developing chemical formulations for Personal & Homecare products.

Mr. Mahesh's has graduated on Mechanical Engineer of University of Manipal & also a Diploma holder for Chemical Engineering.


Prasanna Rathnayake The Poker Man

He is a Member of Institute of Charted Accountants in Sri Lanka and poses over 12 years of corporate experience in Finance, Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Project Management on various industries ranging from Manufacturing, Financial services and Professional accounting services.

Currently Prasanna is overseeing Corporate finance, Accounting, Inventory Management and New Projects/ Business initiatives of EMP PVC Technology (Pvt) Ltd in the capacity of Head of Finance.


P.Sahabandu Mr Maker

Mr. Sahabandu has more than 30 years’ exceptional experience in Mechanical & Chemical Engineering at leading organizations in a senior management positions in Sri Lanka & abroad.

Mr. Sahabandu has graduated from University of Moratuwa Sri Lanka. Presently he is the appointed as the Head of Factory and holds the responsible of Overall operations of the production plant.


Rohan Wijedasa Dream Seller

Mr. Rohan Wijedasa is a Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and he has more than 20 years’ experience in the Sales & Marketing. Mr. Rohan Wijedasa is an expert in hardware & construction industry sales and he is currently overseeing the Sales & Marketing divisions of the company.


M.A.S. Senevirathne Street Hawks

Senevirathne is an expert in developing customer relationships & he has more than 15 years’ experience in the Sales and a Member of Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM). Presently he is appointed as the Area Sales Manager of Northern Region of the country.

Washika is overlooking central administration of the EMPRO system and she is doing vital role of system coordination to maintain excellent customer relationship. She is a hold of National Diploma in Sales Management granted by Sri Lanka Institute Marketing (SLIM) and hold of Higher National Diploma in Management granted by Sri Lanka Institute of Advanced Technological Institute (SLIATE). Presently she is appointed as Administration Executive.

Amila is a person who takes care about prompt delivery of our products to customers. He has over 10 years’ experience in inventory control and Stores Management. He is well capable of handling tough delivery schedules at congested situations by managing blue-collar work force.
